Our Privacy Policy

The Good Garden is operated by The Good Garden Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202634946W), a company registered in Singapore. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

If you sign up, we collect your email address. If you choose to answer our questions, we also collect the age range of your child, what milk you currently use, what matters to you when choosing, roughly what you pay, and anything you write in the open fields. Those questions are optional and you can skip any of them.

We also collect standard technical information about your visit, and a label recording which of our advertisements brought you here.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details.

Why we collect it

To email you about The Good Garden as it develops, to understand what parents want from a toddler milk, and to measure whether our advertising is working.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies for basic site function and for advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel. It tells us how many people visited after seeing one of our advertisements and how many went on to sign up. You can control cookies through your browser, and manage how Meta uses your activity through the ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal data. It is held by our service providers, Squarespace, Google and Meta, who process it on our behalf and store it on servers outside Singapore, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that they protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are subscribed, and up to twelve months after you unsubscribe. If The Good Garden does not go ahead, we will delete the list.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also write to us to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it removed, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
